Why is my bill delayed?

While it is not a common occurrence, you may occasionally experience delays in receiving your bill. While there can be a range of reasons for this, most delays are caused by one of the following reasons:

  • the information on your account is incorrect or incomplete
  • technical issues with our billing systems

Generally speaking, where there are technical issues on our end, we will already be working to resolve them by the time you see your bill. However, if you believe your bill is significantly delayed (2-3 weeks) or experiencing serious issues, please feel free to contact us and we will happily investigate.
