How are discounts applied?

Discounts apply only to your energy usage. They do not apply to your supply, demand, or capacity charges nor any fees applied to your account. If your account has attracted any discounts, the total value of these discounts will appear on the front page of your bill. These discounts are automatically applied, and are already factored in to your amount owing.
