Am I eligible for a payment extension?
If you require more time to pay your bill, we may be able to provide an extension of up to two weeks. To be eligible for such an extension, you will need to meet the below criteria:
- Your total amount due is less than or equal to $1000
- Your bill is not yet overdue (i.e. you must contact us prior to the due date)
- You have not already received an extension for your current bill
- You require an extension of no more than two weeks
