When will my direct debit be processed?

If you have arranged for your bill to be paid via direct debit, this will be processed on your bill’s due date as seen on your account summary. Direct debits are a great way to simplify paying bills and ensure that bills are paid on time and in full.

Your account summary will be emailed to you at least 13 days prior to the due date. Please review your account summary in this time and ensure that there are sufficient funds available in your nominated account. We will also email you a reminder notice 2 days prior to processing your direct debit.

Please note that further fees may apply if there are insufficient funds in your nominated account at the time of processing your direct debit.
