What are my payment options?
We offer a range of payment options across a variety of platforms to best suit your needs.
Please visit our Pay Online page to make quick and easy payments via Visa or Mastercard*. You can also login to My Account to view and pay your bills via the Overview tab, make payments via WeChat, set up a reoccurring payment plan, or arrange a direct debit.
We also accept payments via cheque and BPAY. Please see the second page of your account bill for our current mailing address and relevant BPAY codes.
Alternatively, you may make payments over the phone with our Customer Service team on 1300 658 519 via Visa or Mastercard*.
* A 1% surcharge will apply if you pay by credit or debit card; please note we only accept Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards at this time
