Energy Accounts Payment Assistance (EAPA) Vouchers
Who may be eligible | Primary account holders whose principal place of residence is in NSW, who have an outstanding debt on an open account, and who the EAPA Provider has assessed as being financially disadvantaged or experiencing difficulty in paying their energy bill owing to a crisis or emergency situation |

How to apply |
EAPA vouchers are distributed to electricity and gas customers by a range of community welfare organisations (CWO). To find your nearest CWO, visit the NSW Government’s EAPA Assistance webpage or call Service NSW on 13 77 88. EAPA applications can take several weeks to process and will culminate in an assessment of your situation to verify your eligibility. As EAPA Providers are unable to provide assistance if your account has been paid in full, please Contact Us to put a temporary hold on your account to prevent payment by direct debit while we await your assessment. |
