What Concession Cards are eligible for a Concession Rebate?

You may be eligible for a concession or rebate on your bill if you're the primary or joint account holder on your energy account and you hold a valid concession card.
Cards that may be eligible for a rebate include:
- Department of Veterans' Affairs Gold Card
- State Health Care Card
- Pensioner Concession Card
- Queensland Seniors Card
You can easily add or update your concession card details in your MyAccount. Once we’ve verified your eligibility, the concession rebate will be applied to your bills.
If we're not able to verify your concession for any reason, we will notify you by email. Common reasons you card may not be able to be validated can be found here.
