Occasionally, there are fees and charges other than the supply and consumption charges that may be applied to your bill.
A list of fees and charges are shown below. They vary depending on your location and retail contract type. Fees and charges from your network distributor or metering provider are charged on a pass through basis. It is important to note that network and metering providers may charge a wasted site visit if they attend your site to complete work and are unable to complete the task because the site is not ready or the access is restricted.
