My solar system is sending lots of energy back to the grid. Why isn't my account balance changing?

Currently your account balance is not live and will only update once a bill has been issued.  If you're a VPP customer or just have a smart meter this will be once a month.  For meters that need to be manually read, this will be once a quarter.

If you want to check if your meter is recording all the energy going back into the grid, and you have a smart meter, you can do so in the Billing And Usage section of your My Account.
