How can I arrange a refund of my solar credits?
Depending on how much energy your solar system generates across a billing cycle, your account may be in credit when you receive your invoice. In these cases, you can request a refund of your credits through any of our contact channels – see our Contact Us page for details.
Refunds can be processed four times a year at no cost to you. Beyond this, an admin fee of $15 will be charged per refund. With this in mind, we recommend requesting a refund once per quarter.
Refunds can be processed to a bank account, but not to a credit card at this time. Please update your direct debit option via your My Account to your preferred bank account before requesting your refund to ensure there are no delays in processing the transaction. Please note that we do not currently accept requests to update bank account details through other channels.
