What Concession/Rebates could I get in ACT?
You may be eligible for a concession or rebate to reduce the cost of your electricity or gas bills. To help you determine what concessions/rebates you may be eligible for, please see our list below, or check out the ACT Government website.
COVID-19-related rebates
As of April 2020, the ACT Government is offering an Economic Survival Package to eligible residential and business customers.
Economic Survival Package for families and households
Who may be eligible | Valid concession card holders. This rebate only applies to electricity and gas supplied to your primary residence. |

Who may be eligible | Small business owners, non-licenced sporting clubs and non-licensed community clubs, with electricity usage below 100 megawatts per year. |

Eligible businesses in ACT will receive a one-off payment as part of the Economic Survival Package. This rebate will apply regardless of whether you are on standing or market offers.

How to apply |
Small businesses will have this rebate automatically applied to your electricity bill, you don’t need to apply or get in touch with us. Non-licensed sporting and community clubs will need to apply to the ACT Government for this rebate using the application form. |
